Evan Longoria at bat during the Rays vs Yankees game on Tuesday…from the outfield! I just got a new Nikon 70-300mm lens with vibration reduction (which is AMAZING) and am loving it so far.

Raymond! (the Tampa Bay Rays mascot)
I took this picture during MLB opening weekend back in the beginning of April. Raymond is by far my favorite sports mascot. He is a Canus Manta Whatthefluffalus (or a sea dog) and he is very obnoxious and entertaining. He enjoys harassing opposing players and mocking the security guards who guard the field between innings.
(This picture was taken with my Nikon D7000 with the 50mm prime lens at f/2.5 and a shutter speed of 1/320 second.)

My mom’s other puppy! Well he’s a little over a year old too, and his name is Jack. I took this with my Nikon D7000 and 50mm prime lens (f/1.8, shutter speed 1/60, and ISO 800 I think).

My beer last night.

I took this picture last night. It’s the cleanest one I could get. The shutter speed was like 1/10 second, so had a little camera shake. Again, I shot this with my 50mm prime lens at an aperture of f/1.8.

One of my first pictures with the Nikon D7000 (and with a DSLR in general). I am using a 50mm prime lens and aperture priority mode with the aperture at f/1.8.
